I bet Patamon did some pranks on Gabumon, that's why he knows lol
But I don't recall Patamon being annoying on both seasons, not even on Frontier, but since I didn't got the US dub guess that must be the reason some say he was annoying, mostly considering that the dubbers in USA made a lot of changes in some of the dialogs lines <_<

Gabumon must've read the comic and that's how he knew that Patamon is annoying. 
Renamon's expression looks sort of weird though in the first panel, she looks like a mask or the camera's trying to hard to get under her mouth.
