hehe really like this, its such a good idea and beautifully performed. He really looks like an old war 'hero'. The eyes they are so very nice too, with the reflections and all. Dont think you should make the text in to bottom so big and with that effect on, I steals a bit of the attention and for my true opinion its not very nice( the text that is..)

actually i think it kind of funny photograph... usually we see all those tags and medals on very old and tuff men but here we see them on young and innocent kid.
but it should be this way... if uniforms were wear only by kids as costumes it could be really great

eu estou com bastante sono, mas mesmo assim vou tentar dizer qualquer coisa coerente..
a foto fez-me lembrar os comandos que partiram hoje para cabul.. no fundo todos eles sao crianças dentro daquele corpo ja adulto... vao lutar, muitos nao vao voltar.. mas a criança dentro deles nunca vai morrer, e os olhos carregados de incerteza e esperança, uma agonia amenizada pela excitaçao de ir lutar por ideias fá-los andar pa frente!

Percebo perfeitamente a ideia que quiseste transmitir, um pouco como se a lente que fotografa fosse a mesma que deixa transparecer, na fotografia, o interior da pessoa, o seu verdadeiro Eu. Neste caso (e com a bela associação que fizeste), um Eu pequenino e receoso do futuro incerto que o espera.
Gostei da tua interpretação.

... é triste olhar aquele esboçar o lacrimejante cristalino da íris é como uma pétala abandonada num livro, faz-me sentir deslocado, o mundo revolve, talvez, ainda o espero talvez... esse mesmo lacrimejo sorria, por ora só lhe posso ajeitar o catita chapéu... e os dias passarão
