The pain must be released somewhere...

If pain was easy to expel from the body, it could be in any form….but self- mutilation. Some people scream in rage and break things, until everything is destroyed around them. If pain was silent, people wouldn’t need to ask questions. They would just…know.
I often find my emotions are insane. I can feel so many different things at once and think a thousand thoughts, but only express one emotion at a time. Physically, I appear as so...while my mind wanders in a thousand different directions. I can confuse myself.
