Hi! as I promised, I have finished my first Dragon! I inspired in El-grimlock's dragons, cause I love his dragons.I made it with oil paints! I hope you like it
I painted it with oil paints.

wow this dragon is pretty neat! looks very strong >: D I know how hard it is to draw with oil colors and you did a splendid job! your traditional art is very good! :3 there is a bit to much digital nowadays (even though I'm drawing most digital myslef)

For your first dragon in oils paints you have demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and understanding in exploring new concepts and mediums to challenge yourself with. The mixture of oils is smooth and the hard use of highlighted tones allows areas of him to burst with life. This works well with areas such as the teeth and spines of the dragon, making them standout razor sharp while others areas are given a blended touch. Though some areas could have used a different approach one example being wing in the background. Perhaps if toned down and a similar tint of the background as it is in the distance would have been a thought? Having it at the same tone just doesn't feel as though it works too well and even maybe placing it at a different angle to give more animation as well?
All in all though, a strong piece of work.

Curious... how long did you spend to draw that picture? It's very rarely to see that such picture for first time. Usually, other artists didn't get them almost as good as this one.
