Your mommy always told you, "Good girls don't fight." However, you realize that a "good girl" unprotected is EASILY open for rape, mugging and what-not. With no self defense, you have absolutely no protection nor any way to stop evil from harming you.
So you have decided to LEARN. You have the gloves on and you THOUGHT you are ready to go against mommy. But, you are having second thoughts and you pause next to the speed bag to figure out whether you really want to do this.
You are naked because, properly so, you want to be able to move freely in action.
So will you do it? Will you become self-protective? Give us another picture to let us know.

This Picture brings me an air of antique and vintage, like saying, ''well im a fighter'' and i just love it, you have an amazing body and the concept of this picture is just lovely, i love this frontal picture, you are a beautiful woman, everything is perfect here, i totally love it, is amazing the pose almost seems like youre tired but not giving up, like relating it to the real world, and your body, oh my gosh that body, nothing much to say but perfect i love it, and you should keep doing this is amazing and you make it better everytime.

The reminds me of some of the early colonial history I read where slave women were required to fight for a leering crowd. I am drawing a series that will never be ready. She looks as if she had just been told she was no longer going to be working the fields and was going to be a fighter and should practice for tomorrow's fight. They were often given little or no notice. This was popular probably before Cromwell started selling Irish slaves to the new world so there were plenty of Irish women sold by Cromwell to help pay for his invasion of Ireland. They were hungry, depressed and disposable.
She would be thin because she was fed as little as possible after being jammed into the ship coming over from Ireland or Scotland. A fate she received after her husband, father, brothers were butchered. I feel that she has had this additional bad news before training because she is not sweaty and her look is more of resignation. The organizers liked Irish women, particularly the red haired ones because they believed the Irish put up a better fight. History is brutal.
Her owner just said, "Hey you, you're fighting at lunch. Don't train."

Your are welcome. I also considered the following when writing the critique.
Why is she facing the camera? A slave master would have said, 'Look at me when I am speaking to you.'
Why is she nude? Slaves were often not given more than one set of clothing so she would only wear them in the sun. Most Irish slaves died of exposure. She does not have to be Irish as the white slave traders would often go into what ever town they docked at and fill empty spots in the ship with what ever poor people they could find.

The first thought when i see this photograph is 'what an amazingly fit woman!' And after that, my mind carries me to the whole photograph. The almost black and white with a hint of blue looks amazing because it accentuates her physique in an unique manner. The way she lays her head on the speed bag while holding it, demonstrates the fact that she had to work tirelessly to carve out her magnificent body. The subtle glow around her body makes the eye even more drawn toward admiring this perfection. Simply a spectacular image, made complete by a beautiful model.
