Weapon: peacock feather shaped daggers, final resort youth syrum(makes her more agile/makes her younger)
Personality: vain, self-absorbed, rude, over dramatic, competitive
Likes: being young and beautiful
Dislikes: being called out as old
Bio: Valina Flock was once known as “The Peacock Seductress” back in the 1950s. She was the prize of every man back then but as she grew older, everyone began to comment on her age. She had tried everything to make look younger. She even went as far as to have a shady scientist give her a syrum that actually made her as she was back in 1950. Unfortunately, she has to steal the blood of the young. She had no problem with taking the blood of the young as long as she gets what she wants. When she meets Leo, she kidnaps him and attempts to steal his blood. He was rescued and now Lady Peacock hunts down the teens for their blood.
