Here is a fan-made drawing of Penelope from Hamtaro ^^I always wanted to draw Penelope and it came out quite nicely done. I just don't like when I used the burn tool on Photoshop that her feet came out dark >.< Oh well, I now know how to make the outline darker without the burn tool. I thought a star like background would work for Penelope ^-^ so I used that.
