Character pencil sketch by ~nettachan. Lineart by me, and here it is in her colored glory! This is easily the most effort I've ever spent on CG.I really like the background, I hope you like it too.
Note: I didn't make the water circle, sadly, I know how it's done and I could make it if I had a tablet, but I had to borrow that element.
Anyhow, here's Hinami, she's supposed to be stopping time, as she's suspending the water, and also sorta powerful, cuz she's causing a ripple in the water without touching it.

Just to keep things straight. I only drew the deviation Cutey, I didn't draw the girl in the picture. I only colored her, and produced the background. I hope I didn't disappoint.

I use Photoshop CS 2.0, close enough to PS 7.0. There hasn't been that much of a major revision between versions, and I work purely with a mouse
