Here we go, this is FANART for Tsubasa Chronicle by Clamp.The beautiful character was sketched by Nettachan, but I turned it into a lineart and colored this, as usual
. In any case, I do have the lineart available if ppl want it.Please leave a comment, I DID try really hard, but please try and help me get even better!

What kind of program did you use to color them? Oh, and I really like how the light is coming out of the feather, it's awesome!

I use Adobe Photoshop CS 2.0 whcih is 9.0 for all my coloring

By tablet, you mean one of those things you draw on and it comes up on the computer? I wish I had one of those.

yea it's one of those. It senses pen pressure too. But tablets are seriously over rated. Who ever tells u that getting a tablet will increase your ability by ten fold has obviously never used one. It takes a long time to be able to interface with it properly, let alone actually create art. Your output really has very little to do with whether u used mouse or tablet.
u just need skill!

Yay! I finally tried to use Adobe photoshop, basically all I did was sharpen an image and make a background, and I don't think I even did THAT the proper way. I have a habit of finding nonsensical shortcuts when I don't get something.

the textures on the wings and shading is most lovely. also the the folds of the skirts works very nicely with the addition of smooth shades. Gorgeous drawing, truely nice.

what did you use in coloring the lineart???

Basically for skin i use the airbrush, and for clothing i used this brush that's unlocked when photoshop detects the prescense of a tablet.
