Spidey would just have to keep dodging Hulk and using his spider-sense. Because I don't think he could deliver any kind of significant blow on Hulk..

He would be dodging and trying to calm Hulk down. Considering he is one of hulks few friends who truly appreciate his friendship, even while in hulk form, spidey has one of the best chances to calm down hulk while he rampages like this, and I think that he has done it before.

In the more recent versions of spiderman he can lift up to about 30 tons and his spider sense was upgraded, he now has the ability to detect things that could be important to whatever he is doing. Spider voluntarily protect him and he has organic web-shooters. He is overall stronger better faster and stronger. His healing also got better as he was able to withstand a poison that would kill normal people, but whatever, I am rambling.

Spiderman can lift 40 tons meaning he can punch with 40 tons of force. He could punch a hole through Hulks skull if he wanted to. He holds back A LOT when fighting anyone so he doesn't accidentally kill anyone.

well actually he can lift ten or 15 tons at the max but even 40 tons class strength would not be enough to stop the hulk. I love spidey and I am a big fan but he would be totally out of his league here. He would have to use his speed and wits alone like he did with rhino, fire-lord, and juggernaut.

I thought it was 10 - but either way, if you get punched with a force of 10 tons anyway, you're not gonna have a face for very long.
I wish the media represented him better in such fields though; he relies too much on his webs and so people see him as weak, but in reality he's like the 4rth strongest marvel hero or something (Huk-Thing-Thor-Spidey roughly). Couple that with his speed, reflexes & senses and agility - he is no pushover a all.

ultimate spiderman can life 10 tons, he is only 16 or something like tht..amazing spiderman can life 20 but after the spider island story arc he got a power up and became twice as powerful and is now able to life up to 40 tons more thn his weightΒ
