Recently tried to draw the Centipeetle from Steven Universe. It's so cute and I hope we get to see it again some day! I'm sure the Centipeetle is waiting for the day it will meet Steven again and finally be healed.

I loved centipeetle! I really wanna know what all the corrupted gems are, as in the name of their gemstone. I'm guessing in Centipeetles past life she kinda acted like amethyst? usually gems don't like too eat, but amethyst loves too eat. And centipeetle was going extreme on those chaaps. xD

I also want to know more about them! We gotten to know the name of.. two, I think? It's not enough! I can't wait until they figure out how to heal the corrupted gems, especially Centipeetle. She's so cute! <3 I think there's at least one more of the corrupted gems that seem like they like to eat. It's the giant worm in the water that likes glowing stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if there's more gems beside Amethyst (and Centipeetle?) that likes to eat. c:

It must be tough having your eye inside your mouth. You have to have your mouth hanging open just to be able to see.

Yeah. And imagine eating when you have your eye inside your mouth, the food has no way of reaching your throat and you risk getting stuff in your eye. At least Centipeetle didn't seem to have any problem with it.

True. I was wondering how she manages to eat like that.
My friend proposed a theory. Either she has a small space under the eye (and her acid saliva helps dissolve it to get it in there), or she doesn't swallow it but just munches on them. After all, Gems don't actually NEED to have nourishment (like Pearl for example).

I think it's the second theory you said, that she just likes to munch on it. And we don't know if the Gems/Gem monsters are capable of tasting so there is a possibility that Centipeetle might like the taste even if she cannot eat/don't need to eat.
