Really original title, I know. But that's the song I have been listening to the most while drawing this. What better song to listen to than the amazing song "Stronger than you" when drawing Garnet? She truly is my favorite character of Steven Universe, perhaps even of all time. Only Ruby and Sapphire, the cutest couple ever (even if Steven and Connie are really cute together as well), kinda are on the first place too. Won't say too much here though so I won't spoil for anyone who hasn't seen all episodes up until now. Garnet has the best lines of the show and it always make me smile to see her interact with Steven. Square Mom is the best mom. Expect more Steven Universe related art in the future.
As for this picture, I began to play around with this style of shading. At first I was going to make it into vector graphic but I wondered how it would be with some shading and it went a little crazy. Not completely satisfied but still quite happy with it.
Seriously though, those of you who haven't watched Steven Universe yet, do that as soon as you can. It's a very good show. Though it can be good to have tissues nearby during some episodes. The feels are real.Garnet/Steven Universe belongs to the amazing Rebecca Sugar
