A set of 13 Rubik's cube icons to dorkify your desktop. Click on the Download link to get them. There must be a niche for these... mustn't there?
The set contains the following icons as MacOSX.icns files and WindowsXP.ico files (though being oblivious as I am to the inner workings of Microsoft's nightmarish platform I (a) cannot provide 128x128 sized versions for Windows and (b) can't garuntee that they will be displayed automatically in Windows):
Solved cubes

Scrambled cubes
- Original Rubik's cube
- Retro Japanese bootleg cube
- Tournament speed-cube
- Standard cube in mid-turn

- Rubik's Revenge (4x4 cube)

WOW!!! The Only Way I Was Ever Able To Do The Rubik's Cube Was By Peeling Off The Stickers..,Then They Made It So You Couldn't Do That...So I Took It Apart And Put It Back Together LOL!!!

I'm a little let down that the images are only 32x32. I don't have much use for anything that small and would prefer 256x256 PNG images. But nice work.

I really like these but I can't get the .ico files out right. I'm not sure why the download has so many convoluted folders. Of course, it could be vista...

I uploaded with a Mac... there aren't any "convoluted folders" as far as I know... just the one with the icon set inside. I'm afraid I can't really offer any help as I never touch Windows. I am told that some people have managed to use them with XP. Sorry, man
