Description
Leader Class Sentinel Prime, repainted. The Leader Class Sentinel Prime is notable for being tricky to transform, hard to stand up, and a strange rhubarb-like pinky colour.
I decided to repaint mine, complete with my very first attempt at his weathered/battle-damaged look. I'm pleased with this one, I think he really does look pretty close to the movie, which just goes to show how detailed these sculpts really are. Mind you, when you pay close attention, he is proportioned quite differently to the movie version. This is almost all dome with humbrol enamels, also.
Please fullview this one, as I'm sure the regular view will not do it justice

Thanks!
He is a weird colour, right? I mean, he's bright red in the film, that must be a pretty easy colour to duplicate. Did you ever paint yours, or is he still Sentinel Pink?

Nope, mine's still Pinkie
I think perhaps he's pink so he doesn't look too similar to Optimus?
For the 2007 Movie Michael Bay said red was a hard colour to get onto film, so as you say maybe it's something to do with red becoming easier to record?

Thank you I've never tried that sort of effect before, but I think it came out okay
