(A short dialogue between Tala and Five happening sometime between the events of main entry [WoC] Sort of a Tragedy and extra no.1 [WoC] Starfield )

"I'm glad that he died," said Tala. "He was an evil man, he deserved it!" She looked at Five, he was looking into the distance, silent.

"I guess." He said after a while, his voice dull like an empty shell.

"You guess? What's there to guess! Isn't killing others bad?" Tala exhaled baffled by his reaction.

"Probably," he said with a distant voice.

A moment of silence, painfully long.

"Five... did you ever... killed someone?" Tala turned her head up, then to sides, avoiding looking at him. Quiet. A bad feeling slowly crept into her stomach.

"That's a tale for another time," he said after a while smiling slightly but something in the way he said it sent shivers down her spine.

Extra (no.2) for Azol'Amath Carnival 2019.

(Rider depicted in costume - costume inspired by venus comb murex shell. As for material (if description is required/welcomed), I was thinking about pieces of driftwood, bones of sea creatures, parts of corals or shells, maybe giant shells, dunno what's available in Colderra's oceans. But in the story, the costume actually belongs to a group of young water nagas, which planned to use it themselves (some of its parts we're hastily put together to fit Five, like leg parts which could be also used on nagas hips or tails, and the part that appear as 'some kind of tail' that comes with armor which would be normally attached to naga's tail), only they failed at acquiring nagian unicorn from Oka's father. So the pieces could be maybe parts of some antique armor once used by nagas in their battles, made once again from various hard shells, bones and maybe wood.)
