Story (long one):

[WoC] Sort of a Tragedy (EN)

(short note since this story may be a bit confusing without some info: Five is a character from another world so this is basically a fan-fic(?). As for his existence in Colderra (now bear with me, this is some heavy stuff), it is through Tala's mother Cordelia, since back in the days I based her design of my depiction of Spirit of the Seas (a unicorn, remnant of my Howrse era). Basically, it's a link through name, not much by design, since Spirit of the Seas (named Two or Second) isn't originally a unicorn in my world. So that's basically why she can speak to him (and only him). Alsooo, you may need this to understand some words: WoC races - Water Nagas... or maybe this one too: Azol'Amath Carnival 2019 .P)

They traveled through waterscapes for weeks now. Just like a newborn child with its whole life before it, Five was eager to explore

Jeho existencia v tomto svete je cez Talu, presnejšie jej matku Cordeliu, ktorá bola navrhnutá podľa jednorožieho dizajnu Ducha morí (Spirit of the Seas, alebo tiež Two - Dva, Dvojka,...). Originálne Duch morí nie je jednorožec, takže ich spojenie je v súčasnosti skôr len v rámci mena, no umožňuje komunikáciu (telepatickú) Tali s Piatym. V tomto preklade sú tiež niektoré veci inak, než v pôvodnej anglickej story. )

(and a short version for people in hurry, basically what's depicted here is Five telling this story from his world to a few water nagas , but mostly to Tala)
... Five looked at himself and Tala.
"This reminds me of a story I heard a long time ago while visiting the isles of the Second. Though it's sort of a tragedy."

He partly swam and jumped in circles around Tala. At first, she just watched him but then slowly started following him around.

"This story is about a Shell Knight who once prided himself to be the fiercest warrior of his tribe. He never hesitated to challenge others, he was ruthless, proud of his skills and many victories. Until the day he lost to a young man. He congratulated the man, offered him a drink, boasted about his talent and that same night he killed him, dumping his body into the sea so that no one could ever know of his defeat. But from that day he was cursed for Spirit of the Seas witnessed his crime. Times later the Knight visited a sage. 'Your pride has blinded you for that which you love has already destined you to lose.' She spoken wisdom of the Waves. That night he came home finding his wife in embrace of another. Filled with rage he killed them and threw their bodies to the waters. But the eyes of a child saw what he's done. Years went by and his fame grew even bigger. No one dared to step into his path until a masked man challenged him, he demanded they fight as knights for they both were. So he put on his armor, sure of his victory. The duel was held on the cliff before the eyes of the Spirit of The Seas."

Five paused, picking up the speed he jumped around Tala as to simulate the fight. The nagas watched in silence.

"First they moved around as if dancing, then crashing into each other like waves. Until the old Knight found himself on the edge of the cliff, spear buried deep into his side with look of the horror as the other man removed his helmet. For the last thing he saw before falling into the mouth of Depths was the face of his beloved son."

Five stopped, letting Tala's momentum bring her closer, catching her by the horn and pushing it to his side.

"As waters closed above him he felt a hand touched his face. It was his wife who greeted him. She was waiting for him there where he left her." He said gently. "And so ended the story of Shell Knight."
