This is going to be an important development towards, as a manner of saying "life", Charlie has been mentioning for a while that she's having monetary issues, but now adding to her transformation also comes the problem of adaptation, she can't just run away. That's where a certain Kaaskop comes in.
Don't worry, is not like they're going to fall in love, right now it really is all about Charlie urgently needing some place to work while being able to keep studying.

Adaption is such a tricky and scary aspect of transformations, especially ones that happened unwillingly. But they are one of the more interesting aspects of TFs as well.

Tons of people work at restaurants and don't have any issue with that. Plus being a waiter/waitress means you are on your feet all day, further countering weight gain. Unless Charlie really pigs out, it shouldn't be an issue.
