That way Vale and Charlie look at each other was taken directly from one of my favourite comics, let's see if anyone can find out what is it （ ´∀｀）
Oh, panel four btw was mostly just to quickly show Charlie changing the blankets she had stained with coffee a couple days back, last night she had slept in the sofa, I don't think people would have been pissed at me not showing that but I like to keep some consistency :>
As I mentioned in page 52 I'll be making a journal later on regarding certain thoughts on the updates taking such a long time, though I gotta reply some messages first, stay tuned o:

I am having a hard time liking Valentina. She is helping Charlie with his adjustment but it clear she is the one who is transforming him. So far it appears Charlie's transformation is mostly for her benefit and now she is feeling guilty about it. It just seems cruel to transform her best friend and put him through this ordeal. Maybe Valentina knows something about Charlie we the audience don't. Charlie is opening up a bit but it hardly justifies it.

Well, it's also because the hair growth does slow down after a certain length, it depends on the person, otherwise there would be lots of rapunzels everywhere.

Hair longer than Charlie's present waist-length would be cute, but I agree that it should not get so long that it drags on the ground when walking.
Also, petite Charlie is cuter! Becoming tiny tiny would probably be too much and take too much attention from the rest of the story, but a final height between 150 and 160 cm would be adorable!

Poor Charlie. Now she can't even look down her nose at Vale and she has to worry that she might shrink (scratch that; will shrink) even more. And Vale just thinks that she's cute! Can't even intimidate her anymore! (If s/he ever could!)
(By the way, the comment on the barber/salon question? You've got it right with Salon. Barbers are usually/traditionally hairdressers who cut mens hair/beards pretty much exclusively. As Chris cuts the hair of both genders, that make her a stylist/hairdresser working in a salon. Simple!)

Gah! I love the setup and story to this. Your work is great as always Mental and I can't get enough of it. Though I'm always scared something bad is gonna happen that's gonna make me sad. It's probably just my own anxieties acting up that makes me jump to fearful conclusions, but I worry that Charlie might eventually like the change only to end up turning back. I'm probably misreading though since there hasn't been a lot to imply that save for (maybe) the title? "Is it Summer Yet?" as in "because that's when I turn back."
Also I worried about how Chris might feel a little cheated about all this, but I remember you commenting that you didn't want them to suffer.
Again that's probably just me being anxious and assuming the worst as a defensive mechanism for my expectations. Regardless I absolutely love your work and love this series. It's just that I kind of wreck my own nerves at times.
(On an unrelated note, I was amused when I mistakenly believed at the start of the series that Vale was slowly turning into a guy.)

Well, a thing you shall know about the types of TF I like to draw is that I love all changes being permanent, while in some future stories I could plan characters being able to turn back at the moment in pretty much all the ones I've created everythin is permanent.
About Chris is something I'm planning to adress in time, it may take a while.

I'm looking up and apparently both ways of writting it is correct, it sucks that english doesn't just have a single word for it since "Barbershop" sounds exclusive to beards, in spanish we just call it "Peluquería".

That's the English language for you! Always gotta have 10 different words that mean variations of the same thing. On a side note, can't wait to see more of this comic. How long will Charlie's hair grow? Will he/she end up as a literal Rapunzel? Might be amusing to see, if nearly impossible to actually work around.
