we are time-flyers; I knew you
long before I learned my own name

everyone, please say hello to Rex (and Auk)
this big beautiful bison and fire-hearted girl have been on my mind for half a year now,
and it feels so good to bring them to life in this way ~ ahh,

there's dozens of traditional sketches, notebook pages and scraps of paper with these two on it;
they've gone through some transitions, but the core of the concept and aesthetics have remained.
this pair are definitely the most planned and elaborate characters I've created to date, but I couldn't be happier...

I hope you all join me on this adventure as Rex and Auk travel every corner of the world - real and imaginary.
I plan to draw them as much as I can and hopefully be inspired to create a lot more landscapes and full scenes now too,

you might also see art of them popping up elsewhere as I plan to commission various artists < 3
