don't ask why I know so muchits not like I went on google and looked up "blood" or "bloody" or "bloody knife". ha , what am I crazy!

I think the blood depends on a person's drawing style and the amount of detail put into their work..
So say those who use flat colors would use just a single color for it, and with some light shading it would add a shine. But if you put more detail into your work then it'd require shading so you can tell where the blood is flowing if need be..
my problems is my blood looks dumb with one color ^^ So i mix too many colors, fek it up, and give up on it and throw it across the room

and then you have your comic style where you don't normally color in the characters so the flat color for the blood is perfect. Putting too much detail into it would make it look strange against a white BG
so I think it's perfect for you^^
