Description
A little picture of one of the many Spanish Missions in the area. These buildings were part home, part fort, and part church. Overlooking that it pretty much served as a means for Spain to force their religion on the native peoples it's quite remarkable to see a building from the 18th century so well maintained.Visiting here felt like being in another country and I could easily picture monks, Indians and conquistadores roaming the grounds.
