My entry for the 's Spitfire Halloween contest.

I had some fun with this one. Being a contest centered around animal-based villains, I had so many to pick from. And it was perfect since it gave me a chance to draw a character I've actually wanted to draw for a few months. If anybody remembers The Mighty Ducks tv series, the last episode features a villain named Falcone, who used to be partners with Duke when he was still a thief. It's one of my favorite episodes mainly since Duke is the focus of the episode. Falcone looks pretty menacing as well, so I thought it would be cool to bring him into the spotlight again.

The original idea was too have him standing over a defeated Duke, but I figured having Duke might've been too distracting. I put more time in getting his proportions correct (given his wide uppde body) and delivering a solid background. I also took inspiration from Soul Caliber's Raphael for the pose since he shares a lot of similarities to Falcone. I managed to bang out Falcone in just under 4 hours (mostly getting proportions correct) and somehow, I got the background done in 90 minutes.

On the whole, I'm really like this one!
