Description
(Meant it to look like Tao was inside an iPhone or something)*Seven suddenly appears, "Pronounced Tay-Oh. It's a she by the way, female, not male... even though she looks like a dude." She backs into the shadows, slowly.
So I'm adding this 'Tao' thing to the Radi0-Act1ve group. I was greatly inspired after watching a LupisVulpes animation of their Ghost map part. (Somehow Tao ended up looking like she is kinda in LupusVulpes's style XD Oops) So then I started drawing Tao, and I continued until there was this.
Yes, there are two cracks in the screen. This is Canineti's phone. Tao appeared on it and it scared the crap out of her, so she dropped her phone and cracked it.
So, here's a crap ton of info about Tao:
Surprisingly, a lot is known about Tao. When she was young she was greatly fascinated by technology, she couldn't stop messing with it. One day she sat out in her front yard, and a strange man came walking towards her. He said she knew too much about technology, so he'd have to kill her. Sadly, he was successful.
He decided to not completely eliminate this prized technology-jewel from Earth, so he put her ghost in his phone. He thought that she would stay in his phone, and his phone only. He was really stupid to put her in an electronic device thinking she couldn't escape her electric realm, but she learned how to transport herself to different phones/computers/tvs/ect. She does not know how to escape the electronic realm, but when she got to the nuclear power plant in the Flare Empire, her killer realized she was gone.
The man, using the strongest magic ever known, cursed her. The curse was that if she didn't return to his phone, her horns would grow the wrong way. Either one would completely tear out her right eye and blind her, or the other horn would slowly drill into her skull, causing an agonizingly painful second death. The magic the man held was strong enough to kill a ghost.
Tao chose to go blind. She didn't know that her own horn tearing her eye would also be equally as slow and painful. It would just have a different outcome.
That's what gave her her personality. Because of the pain of losing her eye, she got a bitter and sarcastic temper. She also began to love turning into a haunting image of her former self with elongated claws, blood red fur, pure black empty eye sockets, and black horns as sharp as knives.
She began transporting herself to the old tvs in the power plant. When she got to one on a shelf in an old storage room, she realized she's going to stay in the plant's technology. It just so happened that Omen was in that same room performing satanic rituals that keep him alive (I'll get into detail sometime later). She tried to scare him by blasting the volume on the tv and turning into her haunting image, but Omen didn't react. Instead he pulled down his hood causing his huge blood-covered horns to sprout from his skull, along with flames spewing from an empty eye socket, long sharp fangs, blood covered fur, and huge claws that can cut a head off in just one soft swipe.
They both let out a creepy smile and went back to their original forms. Tao told her tale and Omen told his. They became friends very quickly, and they became even closer when Tao learned that Omen had a special skill in working with ghosts and magic.
Tao had hoped that Omen could save her, but Omen said she'd have no blood and would instantly die. He also said that he couldn't bring her back because then her body be a zombie and she would be a blinded shadow with no feelings following it wherever it went. Tao stayed with electronics.
For now she passes the time by scaring other workers with Omen, secretly hoping she'll be set free some day.

It's a she XD That happens too often now. I don't make genders well-defined anymore X3
You can put the whole group in FlareKeep if you want! Just make sure Tao is on a phone or any electronic >3<

Perhaps... but I believe she would work differently than a Keep. She wouldn't turn into a mark or a wearable item, I would imagine that you'd have to have a phone on you to have her "connection". She could give you a weapon and body armor, but it depends on the connection right?
So I Would imagine she could be a Keep but she would work differently. The host would have to be carrying a phone or really any electrical device (but if it doesn't have a screen, she wouldn't be very interested in choosing that person as a host). If she chooses that person, the process would be the same (like signing "The Contract" and going into that inter-dimensional room) but she wouldn't turn into the weapon and/or body armor, more like she would create it for the host.
I think if she chose poorly on a host (like they don't care for her regulations or commonly forget to bring a device) she could "eliminate" them.

So... is it like the "evil" version of Keeps?

Hmm... I think she could sort of be like that. Maybe she could switch between a regular Keep and the evil type.

She cold be a neutral...
I might be thinking of making a kind of keep that has no alignment to a certain GreatKeep, they would probably known as FreeKeeps
