As is your unmistakable style, you show that less is much more than 'more'.
Your cropping is about as perfect as it can be. The hand pulls the viewer's eyes toward the top (and also provides some movement to the capture) while the hint of belly button shadow draws the eyes downward. The two combined really set the 'bolo' as the primary focal point without leaving it as the only focal point. In addition, the background moves very well from light to dark providing yet another variation to please the eyes, even if they don't realize it's there.
On top of all that, this easily qualifies as one of those 'sexy' images we've talked about before. It's actually one of your best in that category and I'm really glad you sometimes choose to share that part of yourself with the rest of us.
