Description So I shared this with Orengel already but  I figured I may as well post it here.
I've been getting a lot of compliments on the shading I've been doing for my most recent pieces!

Here are the super simple easy steps I use.
First, you have your base color.
Create a layer on top of it and fill it with whatever color you want to use for shading. Set to multiply.
Use the eraser tool to make swoopy hair bits.
Use the blur tool to blur the ends!
I usually do a second layer set to multiply, which I didn't include here, to block out shading for places like the armpits, bottom of the chest, limbs further away from the viewer, etc.
Then I do a layer on overlay and use white (or another pale color) to enhance the fur tufts a bit. I blur the ends of these also, and lower the opacity until it is where I want it!

Hope this helps someone
