If you've seen Durarara then it's basically that except in the 1920s:
it follows several characters own plot lines that progressively intertwine with each other. A majority of the first part of the story takes place on a train with two murderers on the loose killing passengers.

Wow, that looks really amazing. 
Though honestly, I think Emerald still has his lighter.
That´s actually more of a "the feelz" part of thing in a fanfiction I´m working on.
Emerald is afraid Cinder might drop her now that she´s the Fall Maiden, so she asks Salem if she can hunt down the Spring Maiden. After all, Emerald is one of three people who´ve already battled a Maiden before, so she knows what to expect. Salem agrees, though hesitant, and tells Emerald to assemble a team for the job. First member: Tyrian. Yep, him. In my fanfic, Emerald feels sorry for how Salem treated him, so she takes him along.
Next member: Neo. That´s where the lighter comes into play. Neo doesn´t want to do anything anymore, now that Roman´s gone, and then Emerald gives her Roman´s lighter, Neo is happy (which might creep some people out), and the Spring Maiden dies. Yeah, Emerald uses her semblance to make extra sure the Spring Maiden thinks of her when she dies, so Emerald is the new Spring Maiden, and lets Tyrian´s tail grow back.
Then they return to Salem´s castle, together with Neo, and Cinder and Emerald have a sparring match under Salem´s supervision. The fight ends when Cinder fires a massive fireball at Emerald, and Emerald just creates a field of corn to block it. Just in that moment, Mercury walks in and is met with a flood of popcorn.
Sorry, got a bit carried away here. But at least it´s just a rough summary, am I right?

yeah, but I meant that just before Roman got imprisoned at the end of V2, Emerald stole it.
Also, I got a feeling Salem will be pretty mad...
Speaking of whom, according to one of my theories, she´s in posession of one of the relics: Destruction. Qrow said they had physical forms, and she does have a black gem on her forehead, so...
It would also explain why she can control Grimm.
Or she IS a Grimm.
That idea came to me when I was going through my old stuff again, and came across the Piraka Stronghold playset.
Then, suddenly, all the pieces fell together:
-Salem was never seen outside her castle (at the end of V3, she may just be standing on the roof)
-Salem can control Grimm, and appearently also communicate with them
-Grimm show up in all shapes and sizes
And then, something else happened that threw all of this apart and reassembled it again. I remembered the last two lines in the Piraka Stronghold´s commercial: "The toa put the fortress under fire and stormed the gate. But they forgot one thing; it´s alive."
Yep, that´s right. According to one of my theories, Salem, as well as her castle, are one and the same gigantic Grimm.
Anyway, I think Neo would make a good Winter Maiden. I mean, she´s not only named after ice cream, she´s designed after it as well.
Man, Ruby should learn to use her powers fast, or she´ll be toast.
