The thing I like most about this piece are the folds in her clothing. In general, it seems to work well! I wish I could draw/paint that well. :]

I see only two things worth improving: the lighting of the background(the moon should be brighter than the clouds) and she appears to be removed from the rest of the pic.
Other than those two points, this is a stellar piece.

I would say a few things first before I compliment. The dress and folds are very nicely done, but the luminous backlighting behind her right arm is uneven, and makes it seem fuzzy. Also, I feel the tree is lacking some texture and depth (especially when looked at from the base of the trunk; how her staff is in front, and the wolf is behind, but the two are very close together). I simply love her hand, although it could use some deepened shading. The staff where it overlaps on the arm is uneven and not as straight as it is in other places. I'd also add the the focus of the piece varies drastically; in some places you have very sharp detail, while in others things are muted (like the woman's face).
That said, I believe this picture has a lot of potential, and overall is very dramatic. Your use of the moonlight is lovely, especially on the wolf. I envy your ability with fabric, you seem to catch the way it folds just right. Although the background seems imprecise, it clearly sets the tone of the piece.

I'm really quite untalented, so it takes me a lot of hard work and reference to actually make something look okay. Your comments really helped brighten up what was otherwise a terrible day at DA. This is a wonderful picture! You are fantastic at photoshop, I can NEVER color anything! The facial proportions and soft shadings are wonderful, and I love the staff and orb which are very vibrant. Also, great job on the wolf! The fur is amazing, and the grass also.
The detail on the dress is what I've dreamed of acheiving, the fabric folds and everything. I love this. Keep it up!

Nice textures and colors. The orbs look great too. And I thought you used Painter. I don't have much to complain about, besides maybe that the edge of the moon seems disturbingly crisp. I thought it should be more blurred.

There is something slightly off about her arms...and her hand is kinda scary looking. The background also seems a little rushed compared to the quality of the rest of it. The wolf is amazing, and I also really like the orb thingy
