my whole life felt a little better after this
you have no idea how mentally relieving it is to draw Sir legitimately smiling again.. after all it's been 4 and a half months real-world time since he first fell into his depression. he was always meant to be an eternally happy fellow, it's been so weird drawing him being grumpy
ok, 1 more page, then 3 pages of tasks(which are only sketched, but should only take couple days to finish) then I'll take another week or two to finish up Doberman's M7!

you have birds BD! that is excellent yes. pijums' bathing style was modeled after that of my cockatiel Mercury... though we've been bathing her her whole life so she kinda depends on people using their hands to splash her. she's completely hopeless on her own.

I have 2 cockatiels and 1 conure. It's mostly the conure that takes baths like that, though.

I have a bird story because now we are talking about birds. ok. one time I met a sun conure in a pet store. he was in his cage and he climbed up on the wall of the cage when my dad and I walked up. I warned him not to, but my dad started rubbing the conure's belly. I was like Dad you gon' get bitten. but the conure just sat there quietly and started closing his lil eyes as my dad scratched his belly vuv so CUTE. and the employees let the lil dude out of his cage and he was licking the ice cubes in my dad's travel mug. I got to rub his belly too. his name was Fruit Loop. I wanted to steal him. precious baby

Looks like there was a sort of intervention after all! An unintentional intervention, but an intervention nonetheless!
I love how on 9, 10, 11, the subtle changes you made with the expressions, yet it only took these minor changes to completely changed the meaning of the expression. I just find that really cool!
Good to see Sir seems to be functioning at least somewhat normally now.
