My interpretation of this page:
"SNEASEL!!"

"There was this female I think? Sneasel throwing snowballs at me why!"
"Well duh she wants the D, you dumb! You big dumb!"

(I should get the oscar for best love story interpretation or something. Best oscar category :V)
On a more serious note I CAN'T BELIEVE I ALMOST FORGOT TO READ THE SECOND PART OF THIS CLOSURE

Yess it makes perfect sense. Doberman liked him but as classic kids do, they do mean things to show they like each other. Like a boy putting a worm on a girls desk. Its so strange but kids will be kids XD

I think it makes sense.
Sir runs to tell his parents that a Sneasel is throwing things at him. His parents tell him that if a girl throws things at you, it means she likes you, and they reminisce, possibly about how they were young and threw things at each other once. Sir isn't sure what to think about it all but feels happy about it.
Assuming that's accurate, the only part I didn't catch at first glance is "Sir runs home and is a tattle-tale." My first thought was that he was calling after her, or asking where she went. I figured it out quickly enough.

Hmmmmmmm. There a couple things you could try.
Maybe switching some elements of panels 3 and 4? If we see his mom before we see his outburst, the reader knows where he went a bit sooner, and then his outburst is easier to understand.
It might also help to show more of his expression in the first couple of panels.
