yeah so to anyone who hasn't read my previous PMD comics, I recommend reading those 'cause this page won't make sense otherwise.

HMMMMmmmm I mostly learned it from stuff I already knew combined with looking at a PSD file of someone else's painting and figuring out the basic process from that
I think there is a tutorial somewhere for the same sort of style, but it kinda sucks, it just shows stages of the painting without really explaining which colors are used, when new layers are made, or what settings the layers have so it's not helpful
this method is surprisingly simple, I could explain it quickly. what program are you using? photoshop?
