I like the girly hips paired with the manly shoulders. She looks like a strong swimmer. For some reason she makes me think of a mermaid.

lol! I don't know, it might just be because of the way it's sketched. The spots remind me of scales and the body is strongly muscles, and the way the horn and ear look together in the sketch make the ear look finned. So my impression was mermaid. XD
