Description
A recent kill at its feet, these birds, (to my observation) eat with some frequency. It remains to be seen if the pair nesting across the street from where I live have any eggs. If frequent "nest sitting" is a sign they're keeping eggs warm then the two I'm observing have no eggs. Mating usually happens in March and a little over a month after laying 4-5 eggs, they hatch.Related content
