Description
A second version of a fast sketch of an idea that deserved a more careful treatment. Still it does, anyway, but I may be getting closer. This remake has taken a while, trying to figure out how to disfigure and meld all the carnal elements of the mix. I like that now, specially if zooming into the details, but the overall composition and structure of the illustration is still wrong. And the guy is terrible. But lets finish the damn thing. Reminds me when I had pneumonia beautiful textures and marks! I can really feel this thing crawling out of my mouth too, the guy's body language is really great (despite what you wrote in the description

Thank you, that's quite encouraging!! I'm glad you like the textures because they are a second thought. The original plan was to keep it clean and work only with lines to suggest the form but avoiding volumen, light and shadow, as it can be seen in a photo of an early step shown below. I never use textures nowadays. In the end I took the risk.
