The first thing I must ask is this: WHY IS THIS THE ONLY PIECE OF SOUNDWAVE/SLIPSTREAM ART ON DA?!or at least the only one that I can find.

Transformers Animated: Cybertronian Genesis and Transformers Animated: The Mercy of Prime who loved these two to bits!
I mean, COME ON!
(If you by chance haven't read those fics but loved TFA, GO READ THEM NOW. They are EVERYTHING you could want in a sequel, and Darth T-Rex has fastastic writing in addition to interesting plots and true to form characterization. Seriously, I hold them as near canon in my mind. They're that fragging good.)

There were a surprising number of prompts involving the cassettes. xD And I could picture way too easily too.
I also imagine the twins (cassettes) would be bored and not want to be there (would rather be hurting squishies or playing video games) but Soundwave is all leik: No. This is a FAMILY BONDING EXPERIENCE. YOu shall stay, or be grounded. -stern look-

I can't take smut between the cassettes seriously as smut. It's either funny or gross, depending on the characterization they're given, but never ever hot. I can't make my brain work that way.

One of the prompts that I liked was Ramhorn/Buzzsaw/Protocol
and I actually imagined that one as a pairing right off the bat.
Which is kind of odd, because for the majority of these prompts I was thinking: hahaha, lulzy story idea, or D'awwww, family/friendship moment.

Hi there, I'm Darth T-Rex from ff.net, and I just want to say I aboslutely love this picture. Not just because of the fact that it was inspired by my fanfiction, but also because of the poses of the bots, and the colour and line work. You really captured the TFA style superbly. I've been trying to draw Soundwave's head for two years and I always end up failing miserably. I just love Slipstream's expression too, she's actually smiling without looking sinister for once.
So thank you so much for letting me know about this, reading my fics, being inspired to do this awesome pic, and also for plugging my fanfiction! Hehehe.

I've played a game from almost every different release, but I've never beaten the elite 4 or the big boss guys or whatever. i end up loosing interest after about 6 gyms, because of some reason or another. xD
