This is the one of the first tutorials I made and I have to say, it turned out pretty nice considering it was one of my first tries.
I made it for a Dutch forum so the text is Dutch but I can translate it to English if there's any interest for that. I'm sure the drawings speak for themselves though.

English translation

1.
Draw a few simple lines for the position of the legs, circles for the knees and the hooves.
You can also use guidelines (they're the red lines in this drawing, between the legs).

2.
Now we're going to draw the outer lines of the legs, to 'form' the legs. Details, like the muscles, aren't required yet.

3.
Now that you have the outer lines, the legs look pretty finished already. This last step isn't required but it makes your drawing more 'alive'.
We're going to draw the muscles. It depends on the picture where they're placed, even though you have a few basic muscles which you always see. So, in this step, it's really important to take a good look at your reference.

4.
Your legs should be finished by now! If you still have questions, don't be afraid to ask them.
