It's not exactly a tutorial, more like a walkthrough.You can sort of see my process, but I'm not sure you should learn from it.
I did many things very wrong this time as you can see. Anyway, I hope it might be useful for someone.

I don't think photoshop have such a button... Maybe rotate 180 degrees work but I'm not sure.
