I have a high tolerance for angst, but Xie Lian is jus too much for me, I agree with you and your painful tweets, omg, when they were stabbing him I literally had to stop and walk away and just breath for a few minutes, and the rocks breaking guy that left..., ugh I don't want to depress you again so I'm just gonna stop talking.

No it's all good, it was painful but it was such an important part of his story. I'm glad that unlike mdzs that only vaguely mentioned WWX's worst moments, tgcf literally showed us the worst. It helps to understand where Xie Lian comes from and why he became such a man. I will never read this novel the same way.Β

OMG exactly! I must admit that even tho I love MDZS I was a little disppointed that we didn't get to actually see theΒ
part when LWJ was punished for huting the elders and the last moments of WWX when JC supposedly killed him.Β
I was like...."Wut?! Where's the rest of it?!" XD XD
But yeah TGCF is such on a whole another level. I love this novels dammit!
