what tools do you use. ive been using the burn and dodge tools lately, but they dont seem to have the right effect.

I colour the shadows over a new layers, burn don always work.
Shadows on another layer so that u could change its colours anytime.

Ya, regular brush. But try to change its hardness for different locations.
And size too.
