All Hail to the banana hair girl!Shaomu from the game Namco X Capcom.
Done in Photoshop CS and Painter 8.

Actually, Xiaomu's design was inspired by Excellen, as well as Reiji's design being inspired by Kyosuke. That is due to the fact the director of Namco x Capcom worked on several SRW titles.

really love the character and all
but i feel the general composition is a little bit weak because of the static background.
perhaps bring the character a little bit more left and let the background blur in the direction of the movement, that should make the picture more dynamic.
