Description
This is yet another deviation that I did during my long absence.Again, it's kind of a mash of different styles and techniques that I'm not all too familiar with. I guess you could say that it's a little bit of this, and a little bit of that...but overall I think you can definitelyΒ claim that it's ALL MessyArtwok.
Anyway, just letting you know that a reference image was referred to throughout the painting process, but this image is entirely my own work.

I love this one very much! I wish in the movie they would have given him jet black armor all over, which would have looked stunning with icy blue eyes.Β Also just wondering there seems to be a white square in the picture on his cheek, seems like a mistake?Β Maybe you could fix it? Then Prime in all his gorgeousness would be revealed! Puuurrrrr

It's not a mistake - it's supposed to look like that. It's because of the way the light reflects off of his face. Given the position of the light source - and the contrasts to the light and color scheme, that area takes a high range of exposure thus making the armor in that region look more white. Take note of the other areas of the face that look a similar color - they're all placed a certain way to insinuate that the light source of the image is being expelled from the right quadrant of the image.
Also - just a word of wisdom for the future - Please do not insinuate that a certain area in a person's work could be a mistake. Maybe it is, and maybe it isn't - and when it isn't (as it is in this circumstance) an artist could take the suggestion of changing the image as an insult to their work.
