I'm gone-I want me back--the way I used to be--before I lent myself away--before when I was free-I miss myself-so much it hurts---for now I depend on what-I used to scold-the recognition of-the Bold-the Bright,the Beautiful-on the outside-on the inside-before-I was beautiful-I did not need to care-About what I say or wear-but now I depend-on recognition.----still fighting for it-I want me back--without the style, nor grace-but the steel hard will-to make my own way---not to give in
----to everyone's whims-but to always, foever-Be Myself--I miss myself- I want me back-so much it hurts-to go out
---without a fight-I cannot-go on without-myself I must go back-and tie up a loose end-that's been
unraveled.
and yet I'm so far gone-I can't remember when-I turned

Thanx for the sweet randomness...I have not auditioned for next year's group yet. I auditioned last year, but I sing horribly when put on the spot, and I got so nervous when I was sightreading that I messed up the beats. But I would like to get in too. any idea on how many sopranos are graduating?
