after a couple weeks of work, and a few too many extensions from my teacher (this is a project for my graphics design class), i have finally finished my ultimate pony creation!!!
thats right, i get to draw ponies for school
the idea of this project was to draw a picture describing who you are. since i am a major brony, and am very very proud of it, i figured "why not draw a pony collage?"
**** i found out what mark i got on this: 18/20 (i would of gotten 20/20, but this was handed in about 3 or 4 weeks late lol)
this picture here is the begining of a new era for me. i used to draw simple pictures on a regular white piece of paper, but now, because of this picture, i feel i am ready to truly release the artist inside me! i will be drawing more complex pictures like these, a couple i had in mind was a doctor whooves poster, and a picture of luna with nightmare moon in the night sky above her.
of course, i will still be doing simpler drawings lol
anyway, i would like to thank all of you who gave me support throughout this project here, by either directly encouraging me, or by commenting and favoriting the preview for this that i had previously uploaded

i feel honored when you do and so, i leave you all with a colour guide i made, so that anypony and anyone who wants to know what colours to use for each character in this picture can now know for sure what ones to use
*coloured with crayola coloured pencils, all from the crayola coloured pencils 60 pack, available wherever crayola products are sold
so it should be easy for you to find ^^ and it costs around $16-$18 for the 60 pack drawn on a piece of 11 X 17 inch (27.9 X 43.2 cm) paper. sketched with both my left and right hands, outlined and coloured with my right hand

sometimes im really tired and i just click the "sure why not" button without looking >.<
besides, i just got a bit sick of 90 % of all "critiques" to just be compliments that are more fitting to the comment section. i mean, i put them up because i want people to be constructive with how i could improve. not just saying how awesome it is :/ you know what i mean? i mean, it amused me for a while, but i just got fed up with it

Loved the fact you could do it in art class, I am doing similar but focused on Rainbow Dash.
The fact you were able to do this soleley usng Crayola buut with the high quality of all Characters is credit to your ablities. I also like the fact you have but a small black outline around your text.
May I ask what size of paper tis was done on given the rough size of the ponies crossed with the quality I would guess A3 or larger but please correct me if I am wrong.

Ok....So, this is definitly one of the best hand drawn pieces i have seen. You managed to capture all the characters really well, considering that you drew them very differently from the show. I love how many characters you squeezed in, it reminds me of one of those books where you search for something in the crowd! I am very impressed with your control over the pencil, there arent any what i call "scribblelines" where you have coloured in too quick, theres no sighn of rubbing out and you have even blended colours, something i have never managed to do! Overall, very well done indeed.

I gave you a 5 star for Vision,(even though inspired by school) you didn't draw something bland or rushed, you asked for many extensions and the final product was, well, WOW!
I gave you 4 stars for Originality,very creative and drawn by hand!(more like hands!)
I gave you a 3 for Technique, mostly because you drew this, and no gimp or photoshop and you can tell(but very nice!)
And last but not least, i gave you a 5 for impact, because i definitely had to squeak a bit when i saw this! (xD)

Very neat, and amazing. I like this alot. However, there are a few things I noticed.
Vision wise, amazing. The way you drew it as a collage was very nice.
Originality - To use poses from the show, not so original, but the over all idea was top notch.
Technique - Great colouring, neat, and very nice. But I noticed some eyes looked a little off, like scootaloo's. The way everything overlaps is very neat.
The impact was 100%. Every little detail, down to the cutie marks was great.
I wish I saw Princess Celestia somewhere, though.
Overall, Great Job! Keep drawing.

This picture is pretty(I mean extremely) AWESOME! The only thing i think you should work on is your shading, but besides that it's PERFECT! I'm a brony myself, so I am IN LOVE with this drawing! I love how you put rainbow dash in the middle! Great ideas! This drawing really shows each and every pony's true identity and what they do best! it also shows their character traits very well, such as rainbow dash trying to be #1 or Rarity trying to look good, even apple jack trying to look all tough, i love pinky pie's smile btw, and last but not least, fluttershy's shy smile! This piece of artistry is very good and should be very famous. However, there are it's flaws. I'll go down by row.
Vision: Your vision for this picture is amazing. The idea of a pony collage blew my mind.
Originality: This is where this picture has flaws. You took poses from the show. I think you should make new poses for the ponies.
Technique: Your technique is great and like I wrote, I like pony collages.
Impact: Great, it blew me away. Except, I think you should add more to the green background

this drawing shows a group of pony in one area.the way the pony look are very new.the pony have very good coloring and style.there are lots of pony everywhere.some of the ponys have all kinds of emotions.The painting shows a contrast of all kind of color in light and dark shading.The artist creates space by having a lot of ponys in different areas in the drawing.There are real lines in the painting because it is painted in a hand drawn style. The artist shows texture in the ponys hair and color of there body.The artist uses different color values for the hair and on the body to show the difference between the shaded hair and the lighter hair.

you don't need to paint in rainbows but there has been lost a color contrast
