All over the place really, I have a very large collection...
"The Mystical Forest Zone" is one of my favorites, and "The Spriters Resorce" is another good one. Commonly I go to those two to get my stuff, or I just go to Google and type in "Sonic The Hedgehog Sprites" loads come up~
