Plus, it also includes other details of what happened during the first time Roger laid eyes on Tora, such as Hakumaru asking the GSD if he liked what he saw.
Also, even though I didn't plan it, I ended up deciding to update Haku's design as well, mostly by altering his ears a little, and darkening his muzzle, because I realized that Tosa have those. I'm still not too sure, but I also think it works for him.

Oh Roger did indeed have every intention of stripping down and getting into the water, and introducing himself to Tora.
Roger's response: "Oh-ho yeah-!" (realizes a voice he's never heard before has just spoken) "Meep!" And he was able to jump and roll a safe distance away from the source of the voice, and beheld Haku for the first time (so Roger was never grabbed from behind, though I can understand why you thought that

Its just remakes, I don't believe I'll be able to find actual photos for *all* the scenes I'd like to do. Though who knows, I might make more. ;3

Yeah, I thought Roger was captured because in one of your older pictures, they do capture him.
Or just another idea... Haku manages to grab Roger by the shirt. But Roger jumps away, and in the process rips his shirt off.
It's a picture that I like to post as my PC wallpaper during the summer.
It's cool either way.

Actually, the story goes differently than that: the back of Roger's shirt got snagged on a tree about midway between his fight with Haku, and instead of trying to tuck it back in, Roger simply ripped it all off. And Tora didn't see that happen, because, from Toon told me, he was running back to their current base so he could put on his pants and boots, and then return so he could help Haku with the then-unknown threat (Tora hadn't known the whole time that he was being watched, and it wasn't until he heard Haku speaking that he realized there was an unknown dog around).
Once Tora returned, however, the fight was over, and Roger was lying shirtless on the ground, wearing plastic handcuffs behind his back. Haku was pretty annoyed that Tora had to run back to base like that, and informed his teammate that next time, he should bring his pants and boots along when he wants to take a swim.

Oh good! ToonTorment did *such* a good job writing it; its thanks to him that I was able to develop Roger past being a horndog in actual soldier/warrior-type. Sure, he's still a horndog, but now its realistic that he's on a team of Super Heroes.
Hm, you may be right. Tora might have been angered once he realized someone had been watching him: he's the best scout on his team, thanks to having the highest sense of smell and hearing. But he didn't notice Roger's presence because of his own wet dog smell, and thanks to being so close to the waterfall.
You hit the nail on the head once again! Roger tore off his shirt after it snagged because he didn't want to give Haku something to grab onto.

Lol, yeah... Actually, no: the trees and plants wouldn't have covered Roger's scent at all. Dogs have much better noses than humans. In fact, Roger, as he was trekking through the woods, was able to smell Tora before he saw him.

But what really happens to Roger is that he simply gets captured (but not before giving Haku a pretty good fight; he ends up earning the Tosa's respect). Roger doesn't mind getting captured in the end, because it resulted in him being carried in Tora's arms.
