Yep, this is Torakichi of the Ninja-ken, who has somehow managed to kidnap Sheng-Long of the MAS.

Ahh, and now from a side view. I gotta hand it to Tora, his ninjutsu skills have come in handy.

ToonTorment told me Tora is the best all-round Ninja on his team, plus we once had a conversation on what a possible outcome would be if the MAS fought with the Ninja-ken, and ToonTorment thought that Tora was bad@$$ enough to take on Sheng alone. So I ended up basing this pic a little bit off of that too.

Makes sense to me. After all, ninjas are said to be some of the toughest and most deadliest assassins in the world. So I guess the MAS would have no chance in hell against the Ninja Ken.
