Jason Travis never liked Dwayne when he first started out in the Enforcer Collective.... & for legitimate reasons..... when Dwayne was put on trial for his inhumane experiments he tried to drag Scott down with him!!!& when that failed, Dwayne has his loved one attacked & murdered!!! This prompts Jason to be processed into a fearsome avatar of fiery artillery death designed to drown his foes in firepower!!!!
