One of Dr Igor Zelinsky's assistants who is a true bright spark & is an admirer of Zelinsky's humility but also suffered some rather suggestive abuse from Dwayne Elliot which is another of the offences that got him expelled from the branch!!

Kelly has a massive grudge on Dwayne as one of the murders that struck the Enforcer Collective branch she works in were that of her young cousins!!! This compels Kelly to become a mutant & she's chosen the form of a Spider Chimera (Technically a Black-Widow Base)
