Man, how do you do those icons?. The only thing I manage to do is stamps and not motion ones. Yes, I am that redneck with a PC, lawl

I don't do these anymore, but I'll tell you what I did.
I made separate images, moving anything that required movement pixel by pixel in each image. I then took the frames and put them in Beneton Gif Animator, set transparency and the times for each frame. I'm sure there's an easier way to do this (maybe with Flash or something, which I have no idea how to use), but that's how I did it.

The reason people were was because the emote itself won a contest which, compared to the other entries, made people angry because the other entries were of better quality. One mod even commented on the plz saying I somehow CHEATED to win, even though doing so would have been more time consuming than it was worth.
People simply voted for it because it was cute. The cuteness factor basically was the only thing it had going for it and it somehow won because of it. Bunch of sore losers... (Although some did congratulate me)
