A sailor from the German Marine, around 1924. No, not the Kriegsmarine, i'm talking about its predecessor during the Weimar Republic. That's why this uniform is different from the WW2 one.

Additional info that probably interests nobody:
According to the reference photo description, his rank is Fähnrich (something like an officer candidate) and the pose is of a young Reinhard Heydrich, [link] .

I used:
-mechanical pencils, from B2 to B6
-sharpened erasers
-tissues
-magnifying glass (LOL kidding, but one could have come in hand)

Since i worked on a small scale (A4 paper), i couldn't show more importance to the details than this. It wasn't that easy to make the expression on his face... Try the full view.

Wondering why would i chose to make such a drawing? Don't know, i just liked the pose... and the unifrom.
