The Miranda Class deflector dish issue, finaly resolved

Franz Joseph style, the dish was not the deflector at all (or at least not ONLY) but the main sensor array. Β Which is why the Dreadnought has two (rear facing as well as the normal front facing). Β Which makes sense for anything that might be a development of radar.
